I am an RSI reversion to mean trader. I usually day trade. So for this one I simply saw a gap down. The news was adequate. ILPT cut their dividend again which worried investors. The morning RSI showed it was RIPE for a long so I pulled the trigger. Unfortunately I didn't know it was going to trade down for the rest of the day with no "POPPORTUNITIES" so I just took a loss and moved on.
