Bear flag, could of held onto some shares just a little bit longer. As lunch time appoaches, I like to get out of my positions but this one still kept going.

Maybe make a new rule for yourself that doesn't say get out when lunch approaches unless you have a chart reason to get out? Instead, just don't enter any NEW positions as lunch approaches? That may work better for you.
