AAPL was the second strongest FANG stock on 1 Aug. Traded to trade reversal pattern but the stock was chopping around. One trade loss, one trade made money. Never got it right.
Last purchase at 162.85 did wait for a triple bottom, a rebound candle but the stock eventually broke further down and got out quickly. Small loss overall, and a waste of my time.
What I did Wrong: AAPL was the wrong stock to trade. Should have focus on AMZN and AMD instead. It keeps chopping around and eventually broke down big time.
Where I could improve: Time is limited. Focus on the strongest stock for long.
Trade grade: Fail.
