The set-up: OH! MY GOODNESS. HAD BANKED $200 in PROFIT AND DECIDED TO GO IN AGAIN and that's what left of all the YM TRADES to this one GAINER TO A LOSER!
What I did Right: Should have just kept my original gainer or $200
What I did Wrong: Tried to videotape how I enter a trade and it went south during my video and lost concentration.
Where I could improve: NOT FILM WHILE I'm TRADING.

Big-picture: DO NOT TRADE IF YOU ARE FILMING
Trade parameters: Was LONG and had a nice run up to the VWAP after my ES trade.
Entry: Was at breakout of trendline and took it all the way up to the 200sma and then let it fall and was trying to gain it back little by little with no GAINS!
