The set-up: Break Down/Reversal/Momentum

Last Friday closed: 850

Pre-Market High: 891

Pre-Market Low: 853


We have: resistance at 885 ; 890 ; (900 - need to hold to remain bullish break out - long ; if need a fake break out, short is the play)

We have: support at 880, 870; 865; (850 - need to broke to remain bearish - if that a fake break down, watch for a reversal and go long).

Current Pre- Market Vwap: 876

Catalyst: CPI Good: 8.5 - Bullish

Trading Idea:

Currently, with CPI 8.5 news on Wednesday is a good news that we had been show FED strategy is work and inflation are slow down. During Pre-Market, all market are rally.

We have Tsla current rally 4% and are staying hold at 890.

1. During market open, If Tsla hold 890 at the support level, I stay bullish, watch out for the next resistance is 900, there might be a break out to 900 and beyond, if that case, LONG IS THE PLAY (tried to aim buy at support, so you can get better price for risk and reward)

2. Same thing like the above, if TSLA touch resistance level 900 but might be a fake break out. I can enter a short for a short pull back and retest to 890-885 support level and exit

3. 880 is the important support level, if that break (I will go short) and looking for next support 870 to exit. As well as playing reversal at 870 support or better price support level as well if bid held based on the tape.

What I did Right:
1) Play on my setup and Patience.
2) Watch the tape
3) Wait for the moment and entries price

What I did Wrong:
1) Couple bug on TOS today make my active trading bug and system sold out my position at the price I DO NOT WANT

Where I could improve:
1) Trade more Setup
2) Trade more stock
3) More Sizing
