Worst trade of the day. Saw AMD weak among the big tech. Market was strong. Then entered the trade. The worst trade happened at 97.21 and 97.44 around 10:02am. I thought it was a breakout and it immediately swing lower. I even added more at swing low 96.765. Then it broken down completely, forcing me to stop out. The part that makes me very unhappy is I hang on to 100 shares (it doesn't make sense when AMD was the only one dropping). Then I added back small at 96.158. It swing back down again, I was scared and got out. Miss the big rally afterwards.
What I did Wrong: The breakout entry should be closed out more quickly. The downward swing is too painful. Always stopped out at the wrong time.
Where I could improve: AMD 10:00am - 10:30am always got some weird move. I should take note next time.
Trade grade: Fail. Complete failure.
