Total trades: 8
Total Shares: 4000
Stock: LL (Lumber Liquidators)

BIG learning curve on this one. Scaled into this one. Bought 1000 shares 4 times between 11:00 and 11:30 as it was headed down - LEARNED an important lesson today though - when you put your order in and when it gets filled are two different things. I didn't chase after the trend though! I admit I had to fight the urge to... but I sat back and took my licks. Again it all came back to win. I had originally set the buy to cover at $14.52... but as close of the market approached - I opted to cash out at $15 and walk away with money baby! The market was going down even more than the $15 and closed me out at $14.977.

Daily chart doesn't look like a short setup to me.It looks more like a base breakout (not ready yet) that is forming with a rounding bottom. Intraday, You mentioned that you added a total of 4,000 shares between 11:00 and 11:30. The charts don't show that, but I'm guessing your avg must have been around 15.20ish. Meaning, at the height, you had 40ish cents being down, or 1600ish dollars. Unless I've missed something, which is entirely possible since much of the data isn't in the chart, this will be a really tough strategy to win long term.
