Spy was have a heavy sell off early morning. I was waiting for it going to resistance and play SHORT, but market keep pump it to 415, meet my loss target and I hit the bids with small lost. By the time I wrote this, Spy did going back to 413, my position could gain if I held. But no, my mantra is if the setup against my trade, I will hit the bid.
