$CHK is another stock that I had on my watch list for Friday morning. I had two losses on this stock in under an hour. Now both of the losses were controlled. I did not panic cover, I did not, NOT have a a plan. So these are two things that I have continued to do consistantly that I feel are good habits to keep. The MISTAKE, that I am starting to realize and recognize is in the FOMO trading. Being to early, not Being patance and waiting and watching to let the Stock show me when I should enter.
A part of this FOMO that I need to get a grip on and keep an eye out for is on these days where I have to go to work and leave my screens by 10:30. See even though I was already at work when $CHK broke down, If I don't try to force trades, than I won't have these unnessicary losses. For if you look at the 1 minute chart for Friday, the stock show's you right around 11:20 / 11:40ish that it was now making lower highs and getting ready to roll over. Sure enough it went from the 5.80's to the 4.50's
