I'm not good at picking stock to trade.
If I can't find any stock worth to trade, I'll pick some stock from the chat room.
This is one of them from chat room.
I glance it at the daily chart.I think it would be short bias.
And since it open close to yesterday close.
I'm looking for a green to red.
But finally I'm enter. I found this stock it's extremely tight range.
Now I can only monitor 2 position simultaneously.
So I exit and chose other stock.

You'll get better picking stocks to trade....it is a learning process
The chat room or I should say any chat is good but it can become a crutch and a bad one at that....let's take your trade...let's start with the daily....maybe it is short bias however it is sitting on support...support that has held up through several attempts recently to crack and then back in April did not crack ....I don't see a set up here currently.....HERE meaning the DAILY it gives me no reason to short......so now let's go to the INTRA-DAY..so you entered your trade....not where I would have but none the less you didn't even give it a chance to play out.....you are correct regarding tight range but again go back to the DAILY zoom in if necessary that in itself would have told you how tight the range is.....also look at the price ...you're trading a low priced stock......you see it in the chat room and most likely the trader who post it is trading with HUGE position size......also note that the past days of trading....the price has moved very little.....My point is as you get more experienced you will get better and from what I have mentioned you will look at charts now and see things you didn.t notice before.....I say this because I was the same way until my mentor pointed out that in order to get better it is vital that we look at other traders' trades with objectivity less the emotion of being in the trade.....voila we start to see things we never saw before......trading is not easy and it is not going to happen over night......Kunal and BOWS create a road map......we must take the journey you, me, and every other individual who aspires to be a good trader....you are good at picking stocks you just need to work on your craft.....I hope my comments helped you out a bit.....I know it has helped me.

I think josephhackett_BULLS makes solid points. It starts with the daily. Amen, brother!!!!
But I think you are great at picking stocks. I think what you aren't so good at is being discerning. It's ok if a stock moves without you. Just pick the stocks that SCREAM to you as setup perfectly on the daily and in sectors that you feel good about. If you find one... just one...stock that moves as you expect everyday you will be a rich man. Just don't need all of them.
Find one stock that moves as I expect everyday isn't easy.
I don't have one so far.
But I did found Kunal trade NUGT, TSLA, AMZN, VRX almost every day.
Even though I think VRX is doing nothing at the daily these time.
That would explain It.
