speculation that Musk Twitter settled bc Musk deposition today was cancelled. Knew immediately that was BS for several reasons. Waited to short for defined stop. Slammed bid for size when I saw confirmation deposition would be rescheduled but for some reason it spiked thru highs. Did get some take profits off prior so loss manageable. Came back with small short after spike retraced. Got flush down on headline there was no settlement. Breaking even despite nailing thesis kinda tough but thats trading.
