What I did wrong:
1) For the 2nd and 3rd trade - I admitted after get defeated by my 1st trade. I was rushing my next "Plan and Strategy TOO FAST. As a result, bad trade and R/R both 2nd and 3rd (Even a second trade was a win), does hit my Reward Target and never will which of the result poor planning r/r and strategy because getting FOMO and Revenge Trading

2) For the 3rd trade. I only want to risk 50c to $1, I let it run over my exit loss thefore this trade -3R and IT'S A SUPER BAD R/R(I NEED TO FOLLOW MY RISK)

3) I getting FOMO during the today season and get beat up after trade as well.

4) Last week was ok when I trade 0DTE, but got beat up this week. I always scared to play 0DTE, why because 0DTE is the last day expiration date. If it going to my way, its a HUGE GAIN more than normal. But if it go against me, its a HUGE LOSS than normal.

What I did right:
1) I made a pre-market plan in the morning and execution based on my plan of 1st trade (even though is not going to my way, but I do follow my plan) - Look at based result, everyday is a gain first trade (big gain) - But at the same time, market is always random. Go either way, cannot expect its always going to my plan but what I can do it follow my R/R which is 1:2

2) I cut lost of my 1st trade (Under -2R) = Which is good!

3) I STOP TRADING WHEN I HIT MY MAX INTRA DAY LOSS WHICH IS -$200

4) I did not overtrade, revenge trade or chasing pnl trade. I fully protected my emotion from today trading result.

What I need to improve
1) Follow my Risk/Reward - Cut my loss of my risk target - Cut my gain of my gain target
2) No more 0DTE if I trade Friday - I will need to be patient of Friday trade, or no trade at all for next week and next October goal
