Got back in within the consolidation range with a clear support/stop level below. Risk-adjusted position sizing then was easy. It was holding above the 9MA and R:R was good. Add to my position when the 9MA continued to support. Scaled out as it moved up $1, probably sold 50 many shares that I would have liked but it was getting close to the 200MA on the 5 mi chart so this was a good call. Scaled out another 50 and then got stopped out on my final 50 shares. I brought my stop level up but I could have brought it up to my buy price to not have any loss, even though very small.
Got back in again with a small number of shares when it broke over the 200 MA. Small share size since I was trying not to be greedy or double-dip in a stock I won on in the same day (one of Maribeth's suggested rules). I could have been more aggressive since I now had a LOT of underlying support and it was a low risk trade as my entry was close to support. I was leaving work soon so I didn't want to get stuck in a trade and I had too few shares to scale out so I got out of my whole position for a gain. I really had no reason to get out just yet because it went up by a whole dollar by 3:30pm when I had to leave. God process though except for position sizing at the end.
