The Bad: Awful entry. Chased this down a little. Could have easily doubled profit by waiting a couple of minutes. Plan was OK but when the market gapped up it through off my levels for entry/exit. Need to work on this.

The Good: Gave myself a wider stop at 30.15, assuming that 30 would be re-tested and stops would be gunned. I was correct and anything 30.12 or below would have been triggered. Had patience with trade - even when it took out 30 it seemed weak compared to the market in general and eventually the trade turned around.
