60 is kind of like a one week high of AMD. I sell a 60 put with expiry on 29 Oct. The market got a big drop mid day so I closed out the trade before market close.
What I did Right: Good swing trade. I waited for the second trade to break 60 and fail before entering the put position when AMD at 59.6. I expected to hold the position to next Monday, but profit came much quicker than I thought.
Where I could improve: Option got a natural stop loss mechanism, much better than selling short the stock and hold the position overnight.
