The set-up: Red to Green / Break Out Play
After CAT position making profit but sell early. I look at other other stock "LOW" which also in my stock in play for the day as relative strength "at market goes up today as well and seems spy also holding the trend"
LOW that time offer a good risk and reward. Trading above key level purple "break out level" but also trading above opening price. Seeing that, I enter a LONG position at 188.30 (I also scale down my position size for this trade as I want to protect my original morning gain), where I will risking around 50cent to target $2. Then after, LOW went to 189. I sold all my my position for (11% ROI)
What I did Right:
1) Look for other stocks offer Risk and Reward and trending up (As well as size down for 3rd trade to protect original/morning gain)
2) Looking bigger timeframe before entering position to make sure my trade make sense
3) Re-define risk and reward before the trade
What I did Wrong:
1) Same as CAT trade, sell to fast. Did not wait into my R/R target despite its already a 2R play (11% ROI), but I will sold into my target, its will be (25% ROI)
2) Consider adding more size into this opportunity & A+ SETUP
Where I could improve:
1) Patient and let the trade running into my reward target
2) Find a reason2sell based on the price action/charts not to sell because of profit.
Trade grade: B
