NFLX Trade on Nov 14, 2022 14:37 from dpaleo: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

Hey paleo! Andy here, still been reviewing your trades daily if not every 2 days when you upload and break them down. Once this trade started to work, we put in a tight 30-minute consolidation of about 1 point from 308.3 - 307.3. Do you ever think of getting as much size as you can in a situation like with also sometimes risking current unrealized gains, As you went short at 309.2, would you ever think of moving down your stop to now 308.7 ish which would have been a break above this consolidation range and tried to get as much size at 308 with a stop around 308.7ish , as you also would be in the money .50cents from your intial short with 300 shares? You would be getting bigger here with also being able to risk those unrealized gains of 300 shares at 50 cents in the money, basically just an idea of being able to get bigger and risk those gains to potentially caught this move with bigger size? Sorry for the whole paragraph, probably could have been shortened but just writing down my current thoughts

Yup! All is well paleo! Thank you for asking and sounds great! I really like the idea of risking unrealized profits on a trade especially when you can do so appropriately and add on to a winning trade with breakeven risk as long as it's appropriate on the chart and was thinking that tight consolidation range there might have given that opportunity there. Haha, I struggle with having a good playbook and setups with fading stocks, I know many do well and you seem to do very well with fading these overextension moves where as I tend to get a bit antsy but hey all the more to work harder and find edge and good trades in setups like these, I will definitely be on alert and once I am in a trade similar, I will slam it hard and remind myself, this is it now do it how dpaleo does it! and when that day comes, I will gladly share it!
