You're a wise man to delete the stock for a while if you miss it. I do the same thing! In the case actually the reason for the crappy fill was I was trying to time it...there was a big offer at 2.34 of 100k shares so I didn't want to get in til that offer dropped. I clicked buy as it dropped from 100k to 50k to zero in 1 second and the next offer was 2.37! Should have probably not given as much credit to that big offer since with a good setup the bids will just devour it anyway! That's exactly what happened here... Bids ate it all up in just a few seconds and I got the leftovers!

I really wanted to take a trade in this today. It's just that these small cap stocks have been so difficult for me to manage while at work. So I have shifted gears and started trading stocks with much more liquidity and trade in tighter ranges.
I keep following your blog and twitter and trades. Learning alot from you. Thanks amigo.

Crappy fills usually happen when you keep raising your order by a penny until you realize. Oh crap!
I am so guilty of it. The hardest thing for me is to watch it right afterwards explode in front of you. And you know if you got the right fill that you wanted, you would not have sold and you would have rode that puppy to upper 2.40s.
I have to minimize the screen when I don't get filled and try and go to another stock. Otherwise I get into Trouble!
