**What was the result of the trade, what happened? Loss. I took an ORBD trade on $TSLA, but somewhat late on the entry. $SPY was gapping down at the time of entry. Price action created a new LOD and reversed stopping me out. I was frazzled from the last trade, had difficulty resetting and focusing on this trade. The price action went past my stop, and I was too slow to exit my position.

*FEELINGS- Describe what you thought and felt during the trade? Frazzled and slow to react.

*EVALUATION- What was good or bad about the trade (what worked according to plan in the trade)? Good: the price action broke premarket and opening range low, and PDC. Bad: Price action reversed and stopped me out. I was too slow to exit my position once my stop was hit.

*ANALYSIS- Does the trade make sense to you now that it is over? Yes, it does.

*CONCLUSION- What is the final judgment of the trade (draw conclusions)? The trade followed my plan, but I felt the price action was moving faster than I could react and allowed price action to go past my stop. I also was having difficulty resetting after my $AMZN trade. I feel that I was trying to do too many things at once: following the charts on DAS including TOS for LRC and Bollinger Bands data, taking notes, and following the chat room discussions.

*ACTION PLAN- How are you going to avoid the mistakes you made on this trade? How are you going to make sure you get the same results the next time if the trade was good? During the first 30 minutes of the trading session, I will turn off all distraction after I have greeted my fellow traders. I will not focus on reading TOS charts for LRC and Bollinger Bands indicators since those are not necessary for the ORB setups during the first half hour. I will take less notes and just focus on entry, stop, targets and focus on notes after the trade is completed.
