The set-up:
HOD Breakout from value in pre-market,

What I did Right:
- Entered at $27 post market 12/29 at 400 shares. Left trade at 5am 12/30 as I knew this trade was just gambling if it would spike again.

What I did Wrong:
- Then I couldn't go back to sleep, so checked stock and right then it was spiking.
- Entered at $40ish and out at $3 600 shares. Nice P&L.
- That lead me to regret not staying in.
- FOMO'd back later in the day at various $39-40 levels.

- Could'nt short as HTB. So I went long HOPING for another leg up spike.

-- Lost more than my inital P&L and sold out.

Where I could improve:
- Do not trade if no tradebook for only able to go long on HTB low float stock only short
- If low float stock trade must be done, use small size 25-50 shares w $50 risk and set revenue target to get out or stop out.
- Stop trading low float stocks with no levels to work off (most low float runner stocks)
- Need to change set reminders during trading day to check if I am on tilt and not in a logical frame of mind.

Big-picture:
- I think this is how my concious and unconcioius mind are deceiving me.

Unconscious
I feel like I do not deserve an easy gambling win with no tradebook trade

Conscious mind
- "well you're P&L is in the green, so you have more room to go even bigger with house money" And so I completely disregard my P&L and just jump into trades. This especially killed me as it was a chop fest on the SPY and QQQs
