Did my usual morning prep. Saw price grinding down from Friday's post market to make a floor, do a false breakdown and range until right before open where price is faking a pop. Using AMZN, TSLA, AAPL and SPY as market indicators, I saw several of already making LH's with some already back to the Premarket low's.
Although QQQ was making a HH, I had confirmation from the market and my other indicators to say this pop would not hold.
I had a TSLA Put position that was negative and distracted me from holding this QQQ Put longer. I knew this was likely going lower but I decided to lock in the profit to offset the other trade.
