If you find yourself often early with timing, perhaps try being more patient and taking less anticipatory entries. When price pulls back to what you think might be good entry level, don't blindly jump in right away, let the price action give you sufficient information to make a decision.
On the other hand, if you are often late (but I think most of us traders are often early rather than late), try watching less charts so that you don't miss the best setups and end up chasing due to FOMO.
