swing / day trade combo messed up the trade. I need to keep the trades separate. I longed on the R/G for a swing trade. I later longed again on the intraday bull flag. I sold the entire position on the pullback. at the bottom tick. I would have kept the swing trade going, I didn't handle the 2nd position well.
