NVDA Trade on Feb 10, 2023 10:53 from walden: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

This was my major winning trade on Friday 10 Feb. Overall market was very weak. NVDA was weak as well. Around 11:00 I started to enter some long trade on NVDA, as the ATR of the day was already over $8. I made some quick money on the bounce. Then I got complacent, and there was a very sharp downturn at around 11:30sm. I thought 210 would be the bottom due to round number, and ATR over $10, but it went all the way to 208. Friday was the highest ATR ever for Nvidia over the past several months. My final add was below 210 per share. Eventually there was a big rally up, and then I start getting out at 211.0-212 level.

What I did Right: I think NVDA is a good stock to trade a bounce, the theory was correct.

What I did Wrong: The drop was much deeper than I thought. ATR over 13 per share, the highest level in more than 3 months. I think my entry at $10 was already higher than normal and pretty safe.

Where I could improve: Avoid selling calls at low level.

Trade grade: E. Made the most money for the day through this trade, but overall I did not handle this trade well.
