CRM Trade on Mar 6, 2023 15:16 from ChefRay: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

CRM - short against Earnings Gap
* No news today just a continuation play from ER to fill the gap.
* Thesis was that CRM would fill the gap given the lack of buying volume after ER so I wanted to catch it going into the gap.
* had $189 as a possible SS entry but forgot to set an alert for it.

* got back to my desk after my appointments/lunch and noticed that CRM was below the gap fill line and attempting to test it ($185.50). I shorted 1/2 position on the second candle after the rejection adding more as my confidence in the breakdown increased along with continued market weakness. SL just above the gap line.
* I had $182 as possible PT and maybe even $181 (gap entry) but I ran out of time. (And yes I'm an optimist). I was still holding 1/3 position, when the market closed and needed to time my exit due to the spreads. Gave up 1/4 of my profits from that mistake.
* psychology: calm, waiting for the opportunity to come to me yet aggressive when the risk/reward was in my favor. Addressed the greed from earlier today where I didnt sell enough into each push on CRWD.
