Thoughts/Thesis/Notes during the trade: Impulse trade, no plan, could've been a big loss.
Open trade notes: I saw the extension and entered wtih too much size and immediately thought "well this isn't a trade I would take live so it's ok to add and break rules" and similar thoughts.
Avoiding responsibility?
There was no clear entry signal, just shorted back through $50 w/ small shooting star on 2.
2 minute just grinding up the 8ema, no blowoff or capitulation.
just about max pain and got a nice flush back to break even. Even tried to add on the momentum down but too slow. Got filled on an uptick.
Do I take the opportunity to get out flat and be thankful, or hold for a gain, still extended, will hold and cover quick to get risk within reason.
Closed last at entry, not a correct stop, but not a good trade, trying to protect capital since not trading correctly.
