I was just recently stopped out on a short so then I saw it flagging and thought hey it must be long then. This is the wrong mindset. Just because a stock didn't work out as a short does not mean it is automatically a long. The stock was flagging and I bought in anticipation of the trend line break. Not really my style of trading but I took the trade anyway, which was a mistake.
