PREMARKET
- Gap up list, over 1 mil premarket volume.
- ETB, good chart pattern, good price range, ATR: $1.15, RVOL: 2.05, ETB, MC.
- Catalyst on great Q1 earnings.
- Premarket analysis and PD analysis showed that the stock was strong with respect for the VWAP, plan was to go long on the break of VWAP.
OPEN
- During market open, waited out the OR 5-10 mins and saw there was definitely support to the upside with higher and higher candles going to the upside.
- Definitely GET IN confirmation and so I got in as new high 1 min candles and 5 min candle was made.
- The fucking candle action DROPPED right down to my stop loss of the opening low and stopped me out completely for this $93 loss.
- I did not feel good about trading this stock after this.
REFLECTION
- Honestly, dont feel like i did anything incorrect in this trade. I waited the confirmation, I scaled in, I waited for BOTH candle chart confirmation indications for GET IN. Was just unlucky, someone liquidated HUGE position. Maybe, i shouldve been watching the level 2 or time and sales.
- Lesson, watch the lvl 2 and time and sales, need to keep an eye on everything.
- Good work with getting in on the right confirmations.
