BP Trade on May 2, 2023 09:56 from Dandres: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

PREMARKET
- On gap down scanner, catalyst: good Q1 earnings but theyre slowing down buyback shares, maybe a sign of not confident.
- ETB, ATR: 0.75, MC, VOL: 0.69 ??
- Stock looked weak in the premarket and the previous day, I thought it was best to wait for the confirmation and hold below the VWAP for the short ride down.
OPEN
- I waited the OR 5-10 mins but at the time I was watching UBER. The stock did end up moving down and by the time I saw it, it had sort of left me.
- Bought in on a pull back and set my stop loss at one of the previous red candles. I scaled in as the 1 min showed me weakness and the 5 min showed me the same. Partial at 1R because the stock wasn't moving much and 2R was out of the ATR. It was slowly creeping back up after that on the 5 in chart so I got out completely for positive profit. Left it at that because the movement wasn't showing me anything powerful.
REFLECTION
- I wasn't watching when the best entry was around 10 min into the open, was looking at uber.
- Great patience on waiting for the pullback for a better R:R. Great scaling on confirmation.
- I dont think I could have predicted the refusal to go past the 1.5R so im glad I got out with the gut feeling it really wasn't going to go lower.
- Move my stops great! Great position!
