I picked this from Gap scan, and PR. Float, Vol and Price level was all good and Daily looked good. I knew HALO hit $17 in early premarket then faded into the open. I was looking for a Long play. But it needed to be a reversal for that to happen. It had no juice and just chopped sideways. PAY ATTENTION TO PREMARKET and treat is like real price action.
