try writing downt he trades before u take them! it will slow u down. or post it in the chatroom. to share ur trades is a surefire way to have some accountability on what your doing

anytime we are embarrased of our trading it means we are hiding and not improving! to share will make it so that you dont do too much goofy stuff!

FYI, in case it's helpful - you can make notes on trades here on Tradervue, as you're making the trades (while they're fresh in your mind), even before you import them. Here's an article about how to do that!
