After the morning run up, a flag on the 1 minute had a break to the downside, so I went short. It had no follow thru so I covered flat. Then it broke, then came back. Got messy sideways.

its too early! and those 1 minute patterns are getting u. 1 minute charts are for basically 1-2 minute trades.. we need MORE meat for you on thesde trades so stay away from the 1 minute unless it the open!~
