Nothing attention grabbing moving in premarket
- One of those stocks you watch on quiet days.

Open
- Waited the 5-10 min OR and on the 5 min candle was showing some good weakness with volume below the VWAP. I took a short initial and added on a pullback on that short. I myself stopped myself out on this trade and took the loss on it. I got out the next minute and didn't even let the trade resolve. The impatience and the fear of having moves go against me at the market open is what makes me want to stop out right away. Im violating my trade book on the way I need to hold onto these stocks because I keep getting myself out of them when they soon after go to resolve, literally the minute after the trade dropped down and continued to drop down for about 2 dollars.

Reflection
- I keep thinking that stopping myself out is keeping me from taking a major hit but all the while getting out early on trades that are strongly in your favor are slowly accumulating and making you eventually take larger hits over time.
- If you are nervous about holding. Lets start making your first entry your plan B size and SCALE SLOWLY, take that initial entry on good confirmation and add on the minor pull backs and the closing supporting candles. Later in the day after the opening range dies down maybe after 30 minutes than you can start using your full size on already developed 5 min candles and chart patterns. This seems like a better approach than what we are currently doing. Plan B at the very open, aggressive during the late morning, and Plan B into the afternoon or no trades at all.
