Reason For Entry Thought I saw this flagging on the 5 min chart after the morning run up, kept small size because of the volatility. Got in close to where I saw the support around $8.50, and with the volatility of the stock it took out the $8.50 level very quick as the morning run up as this stock had just been down and was bouncing off the 50SMA on the daily as well as price support.
Lesson Learned
Don't chase stocks that are up $3 from the previous day close. Not every stock is going to run up to $15,$20 dollars or more.

I probably would've lost this as well. I see a flag with support at $8.50 but sadly it just didn't hold. Nice gapper, but it looks like made its run early in the morning then just faded for the rest of the day.
