- Was watching this trade and it was looking like a break of VWAP trade with the simultaneous chart confirmations, volume and levels forming. I took first entry at the break of VWAP and held during a consolidation period until that consolidation period broke over the VWAP so I followed my rules and got out on first entry size. The trade move back down again below VWAP and I shorted again for the downside move. I took my first partial on the first leg down and then got out on what seemed to look like the consolidation breaking against me. The levels dropped quickly right after that... ROMO.
Reflection
- Im proud of the trade management and the risk management on this. I got in and got out for valid reasons and technical indicators.
- Managing my risk is my job. Being right isnt.
