Daily: earnings breakout
Intraday: buy the open

Stock had nice earnings gap and was flagging under $43 during pre-market session. My plan was to buy on a break over $43. It broke out strong after the bell so I jumped in when I felt a bit confident that it would go higher. Stop under $43. I scaled out then got back in. Things were very fast at the open so it's hard to write down the reasons behind every scale in/out decisions but in general I'll get back in a stock if I think it's going higher because of the momentum that I can feel at the time.
