Trade 1: IDK (break even)
Trade 2: VWAP Reversal (Win)
Trade 3: VWAP (Win)
Trade 4: VWAP (Loss)
Trade 5: fucking shit show, at this point I was just over trading when I shouldnt have been.
That first trade I let myself get stopped out at my stop loss when I could have taken the 50% hit. Second trade I got in then out right away. Thir trade I was trading break of VWAP. It went nicely, took my partial but then let it come back to break even and even lower than that. Second trade I was trading the break of VWAP to upside, rejected right away, stop loss was way too close. Then I took a short after getting stopped out and took some profit at the bottom of the consolidation phase. Next I took a break of consolidation trade and stopped myself out right away because I was trading the consolidation range. Trade after that I was trading the break of VWAP and caught 30c slippage and let myself get stopped out again. Took a short and then got out at the top of the consolidation range.
Reflection
- Over fucking trading and revenge trading. Mainly just distracted, I need to break these bad habits and get focused. I need read and practice the lessons in atomic habits book.
- Unsuccessful trading day. I made a profit but I didnt follow my rules and lucky I didn't lose much but It could have been very bad.
