tried to take the first flag of the day long... got in a little early before solid confirmation and paid the price. 400 shares -$64 .. this happened to me too yesterday, i think i need to wait atleast 15 mins before taking any trades... to use the 5min exclusively and stop trying to use the 1min for setup identification,,, only use 1min when it comes to getting in and out

well it was flagging and i was trying to get in on the pullback anticipating another flag breakout... i should have only been playing flag breakouts today on confirmation of the flag breakout when it clears its pole and makes new highs, not trying to anticipate the breakout by entering on the pullback part of the flag- which adds much more risk when i shouldnt have
