Trade 3: Seemed like a STRONG break down to the VWAP. It was a no brainer at that point to get in but once the level bounced back up and started consolidating again. I should have gotten out at that point, not when the consolidation level broke.

Reflection
- Crazy moving price action like this that is not predictable is better to stay away from until the sentiment solidifies.
- Could have gotten out earlier but at this point im sure I was trying to be right instead of protect my capital.
