Bought in what appeared to be an uptrend for a scalp but broke me own rule over holding overnight. Should have just taken a slight loss the same day. PPS went up to 3.02 where I began selling with a limit but only got about 2000 shared sold before news came out of another dilution. It dropped 20% faster then I could change my order! Bailed for a major loss. I have learned to avoid any companies with histories of multiple dilutions and reverse splits. The mgmt should be in prison.
