Entry - C - Missed morning entry. Re-entry around 12p was a good buy point for the reversal to 240.
Exit - C - Entry was not ideal so had to scalp out. Missed the exit on noon purchase as was focused on COIN and ended up closing near EOD for a small loss.
Feelings - B - Missed initial entry, so expected value was not there. Had to scalp.

Thesis/Plan
News of MSFT entering space where PANW leads hit yesterday and caused a drop from 250s down to 232s. Anticipated the news to be written off over the next few days as it will take years before MSFT could even take a bite out of PANWs leadership in that the datacenter network security space. Plan to was to enter on a dip in the morning with a target of 240-245.

Good
Quick 10m scalp. Identified the reversal at noon.

Bad
Completely missed the morning entry when it held 236, that would've been the ideal entry. Forgot about trade and had to close second entry at EOD for a loss. A bit too much size on the scalp.

Summary
Good thesis, but missed morning entry. Quick scalp provided some profits, but did so with too much size. Could have gone against me for a large loss if not quick to react. Was able to identify the bounce point around noon, but then was too focused on COIN trade and forgot about this trade. Close at EOD was a good idea as this bounce wasn't super strong and anything could happen tomorrow. Cutting that for a small loss was good. Keep practicing cutting for small loss.

How would you play this trade next time?
Should've kept an eye on it at open and entered small around 236, then add around 237 at the third 5m bar with a risk to 236. Wait for confirmation candle of reversal at around 11a.
