Thought it would be a flat top breakout. Seemed to be in accumulation a few minutes before entry. Inexplicably, I bought additional shares to average out. Forgot to set my stop loss to compensate... stupid...

Lesson: Be sure it's actually in accumulation. Flat top won't go without volume to back it up.
