And I would add one more lesson, don't chase it :) Stock was really up so much at that point when you entered, you missed all the previous great setups and I know the feeling trust me but still have to resist doing it :)

I saw this on my scan earlier in the day, and I was annoyed that I kept missing my entries since I was at work. I took my revenge to try to scalp, entering at 11.41, hoping for a bounce off the 9 ema but it didn't hold at that spot. I got stopped out since I used a hard stop to justify taking such a big position. I re-entered at 11.39 but realized I may get stopped out again since it was breaking 9 ema, so I cashed in while I was in the green.
Again, biggest lesson: Don't trade out of emotion.
