DNDN Trade on Aug 9, 2013 10:32 from oly_BOWS: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

DNDN was called out by a few people in chat and I liked the bear flat-bottom base it was forming all morning. I also liked having a short on because I wasn't convinced the market was healthy and I had NOAH on the long side.

3.7 was avery clear bottom so break of that was my entry. I planned for a 3.68 entry with a very tight 3.73 stop. I had tightened the planned stop just before the entry candle because we had so many candles with highs below 3.73 it seemed likely to hold. I actually got a slightly better price on the fill as well when it went.

Entry: 3.69 (3.68 planned)
Stop: 3.73

Again I waited for a full 2R to scale out half. Again based on feedback here I held as long as I felt the trend held. Eventually, I drew a trend line along the highs and covered on a break of that trendline.

I am feeling more and more in tune with my trading and I hope it isn't dumb luck. By end of the month I can do some real analysis on my strong and weak trades.
