This was kind of a sloppy pattern. It had no pivot high before my short entry but, since it had a down day that reversed immediately the next day, I took this as a pattern. I entered at 34.98 with a stop at 35.80, and a target at 33.43. However, price made another leg up (creating the non sloppy version of the pattern I was looking for) which stopped me out. the moral of the story is that life is too short to waste on imperfect patterns.
