TSLA was gaping up breaking a flag mini flag

I was looking to get long on an ORB and I started to scale in and it made a nice $2 move. I should have exited or at least sell half my position buy instead I bought more shares....
When the market is in range like it is now I need to be in the mindset of being in and out. I have been in a handful of plays where i will be up on the trade but it then turns into a loss.
I did a bad job of reading price action also. You can see on the 1 minute chart that it stats to have some trouble near the 313.30-40's. thats when i need to exit or sell half. Then exit the position once the trend is broken(312.80's)
I also broke my rule of No getting in and out of a stock more than 2 times. After that i just start to overtrade and create a bigger loss
