Waited for 81.60 to break to fill the gap, no stop set on momentum, sold on first sign of red volume/price bars. I feel this was a good timing trade.
This was my best play I have made off of what I saw as a set up.
I look on Zillow every day at houses all over, it's a great service, I see it being strong company over any housing moves nation wide.

Thank you, I was most pleased with this trade, I was patient on it since yesterday, not good at watching it grind higher, I must not have seen that small dip or I would have sold, ha....
