Trade: This was always a swing trade with a 2:1 r/r. The stock was in an uptrend, so I bought the dip on the breakout. I was patient with the trade, and executed it nicely.
TP: I was supposed to long the $94 breakout, but the stock was too choppy for me. That is why I initially passed on the trade, and I wanted to buy dips on the breakout. The next day when the stock dipped, I planned to buy more, but I did not execute the plan because I was afraid.
Improvement: I sold too early, and when I saw that I had close to a $100 gain. I became impatient and completely avoided the game plan. The stop was at $93, and I was supposed to add at $93.50. Another way, I could have sold half and then longed more on major dips. The stock was and still is in an uptrend. PnL doesn't mean shit. Please, follow the gameplan.
