EXK Trade on Aug 26, 2013 11:08 from mirko_BOWS: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

$EXK was breaking flag on the daily chart and it gapped up really quickly without a perfect setup for an entry so I waited for the MA pullback and stock bounced off the 20 DMA and after breaking above 9EMA was flagging as well so that was my entry point.

Unfortunately it did not have any juice left and I did not sell into the initial spike believing it could run higher.

Nice entry on the pullback, just didn't have the juice behind to continue higher

I agree Nape, although I exited with a loss I still consider this a decent trade because I did not make any rules and got a nice entry but there was simply no juice left in the stock I guess just like you said!

metals stink sometimes.. they gap alot overnight the underlying metal but they dont necessarily continue as it snot an earnings gap people are figuring out its running on the ocommodity!
