no real setup. the stock was down to much to short.. and there was no reason yet to go long. you need to wait for intraday setup

I am finding myself not beinmg patient enough o wait fro good set-ups. My thoughts usually are "I am missing out of good trades" .Thanks for the comment Nape and Maribeth.
